Tidbits of horse information worth sharing!
Horses are powerful animals yet delicate as flowers at times. Often owning a horse can bring you challenges as they get older or have health issues. I felt I would share some tidbits of information with my horse friends in hopes you may find my learnings useful for your own horses. A happy horse makes for a happy friendship. Horses need lots of love and lots of guidance. They look up to us in times of doubt and acting as the lead "horse" or "head mare" as my friends say will get you a long way in your horse relationship.

Trail Riding
Trail riding is a great way to spend time with your horse and your friends. Be safe on the trails by respecting the speed and skills of other riders and avoid areas where vehicle traffic is heavy like main highways and side roads. Country back roads, fields and woods are a perfect place to trail.
